Immediately after connecting to the robot, the error message SAVE/LOAD is in progress every time the robot is loaded.

We had to restart the robot. It worked again after that.

The error message "SAVE/LOAD in progress" is shown when you try to upload or download data after the previous transfer was interrupted. So the reason for the error was the transfer before.

If you send data to the controller or you receive data from the controller, the controller will wait until all data is transferred before allowing a new transfer. If the connection is lost while transferring data to / from the controller, the controller waits until a timeout before a new SAVE or LOAD can be established. There are two ways to go on working after a broken transfer:

1. Wait until the timeout occurs (that takes some minutes)
2. Restart the robot controller
