While working with some special cleanroom sources we found some issues that may also depend for normal AS sources. As the result a huge amount of programs was missing after loading. The reason was some special commands and the existance of many "AS comments" (".*"). The comments are also used in programs where K-IDE did not expected it.

We also realized that the IF statement was not always formatted well, for example if there's no THEN.
