Unable to change TRANS or JOINT online values

Under some circumstances it was not able to change online values of TRANS or JOINT variables. The reason was a differens between "number of axes" in the controller and the K-IDE project.

Please see update from 20.02.2020 to solve this problem.

K-IDE has two options to calculate the number of axis in a project. First option is the AS system data from the .ROBDATA section and the other option is the number of values from any position variable. The second options is widely used in projects where no system data exists. This ensures you'll not loose your external axis values when migating your project to another robot. For that reason there may be a different number of axis count in the robot and the K-IDE project.
