This update is a minor fix for 1.0.0.17.

The IFP editor got a small improvement. If you select some fields with one or more empty fields within, the empty fields will now be copied too so that the arrangement will be kept as it was. You can now for example cut the fields of a whole page and inset it into another page without loosing the arrangement.

Fixed a bug when renaming a program group and then immediately open the program manager.
